On 10–11 October 2026, the forests near the village of Navur in the Berd community of Tavush Province hosted Arm-Trial 2026, an off-road competition in the jeep-trial format. CARLIGHT, the official RIGID distributor in Armenia, co-organized the event together with the 4×4 Armenian Off-Road Club and was its sponsor. The competition was held with the support of the Berd municipality.
The RIGID arch at the start
Every crew started and finished under the main arch of the event, designed in RIGID style. For an off-road lighting brand, it is hard to imagine a better place: a jeep trial means exactly the conditions RIGID lights are built for — water crossings, mud, constant vibration and the drive back from the course after dark.
What is a jeep trial
A jeep trial is an off-road competition on a tough course with steep climbs, descents, mud and obstacles. What matters is not speed but the skill of the crew and how well the vehicle is prepared. Arm-Trial 2026 was held in two classes: Extreme and Standard.
Two days on the course
The Tavush forest course made for a tense fight. For two days the crews tackled climbs and muddy sections, marshals worked at the trickiest spots, and spectators watched the action right by the course.
Prizes for the Extreme class
As a sponsor, CARLIGHT presented special prizes to the top three crews in the Extreme class. The award ceremony took place under the same RIGID arch.
